Waimarama Lodge was purchased by old friends and keen anglers, Geoff Clews and Graeme Knapp, who fell in love with the Lodge in 2003. They made it available then to visitors from around the world.

Tragically, Graeme passed away in 2019 but Geoff continues their commitment to share Waimarama with visitors and guests. He will do his best to respond to any inquiry within a day of receiving it. He is contactable by email, and cell phone at the address and number on our contact page.

Geoff and his team in Turangi, Roger, Linda and Reid, are committed to ensuring that your stay at Waimarama meets your hopes and expectations. They will be sure that, when you arrive, the place is just as you would want it, and if you have any concerns during your stay, they'll do their best to deal with them promptly.
